Can I place orders through the App?
Yes. You can easily place orders within the app and they will go directly to your chosen Wholesaler via email.
What happens after I send my order?
After you have submitted your order, your chosen Wholesaler will contact you to confirm pricing and make sure all products are in stock before lodging for dispatch.
Are Product Prices shown in the app?
Yes. Both RRP and List pricing are displayed on each product within the app.
What is List Pricing?
List Pricing is a guide price set by our Wholesalers and Suppliers. These are shown in the app just as an indicative price for calculating approximate totals. They do not take into account any discounted rates you may have or include GST, any bottle levies or freight.
Can I see previous orders I have placed?
Yes. You can see all orders you have placed through the app via the Order History tab. You can also re-order and previous orders, or append the items to your new orders.
Can I save my favourite products for easy access?
Yes. You can add your favourite products to the Favourites tab simply by pressing on the little heart at the bottom of each product. You can then easily add these to your orders or view data any time without having to search for the products again.
Can I scan product barcodes?
Yes. The app has a built in Barcode Scanner so you can easily search for any product by simply pressing on the search icon at the top of the app and then the barcode icon to bring up your camera with barcode scanner.
How much do I have to pay for the app?
Absolutely nothing. The App is free to download and use and you won’t be charged a cent through it. You will only be charged for orders placed once confirmed by your chosen Wholesaler and pay them through your usual means of remittance.
